Miltton is searching for a Senior sustainability communications advisor to join our team of experienced advisors in Stockholm or Helsinki.

Our multitalented team supports clients on their sustainability journeys by shaping strategies, translating insight into action, and turning sustainability into long-term business value through clear, inspiring and credible communication.

As a Senior sustainability communications advisor, you will work with international clients across industries and sizes, supporting them at both strategic and operational levels.

You will also work closely with Miltton’s experts across sustainability, capital markets advisory, strategic communications, public affairs, leadership development, branding and marketing. The final scope of your role will be shaped based on your strengths, interests and client needs.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has a strong background in strategic corporate communications, including sustainability communications, strategy communications and financial and/or crisis communications

• Is a sharp and confident professional communicator, able to craft compelling narratives around sustainability, strategy and societal impact

• Has a deep understanding of sustainability topics and a good understanding of corporate sustainability as a subject matter, combined with the ability to turn insight into clear, inspiring and actionable strategies with proven hands-on experience

• Has experience of working for or with public companies, and understands the expectations of investors and other key stakeholders

• Is curious, ambitious and insight-driven, with a strategic mindset and the resilience to keep pushing forward when things get complex

• Is naturally networked and collaborative, and enjoys building solutions together with clients and colleagues

• Has a growth-driven mindset and a genuine interest in continuously learning and developing. Is interested in new technologies and AI and their possibilities to augment sustainability communications

• Has excellent English skills and experience of working in international, diverse teams (Finnish or Swedish is considered an advantage)
